We offer privately guided Full and Half day fishing trips on two rivers steeped in early american history, not all trips float past historical Hapers Ferry, however they offer scenic views of the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge Mts. We also offer private one on one fly fishing lessons for warm water species call or email for details.

             Where the two rivers meet.

        The river is a great place to get away and become one with Mother Nature. We here at KFGS want to share this with you. No matter what your skill level is we promise you that you will catch fish and have an enjoyable time on the river. Memories that will be fresh in your mind for years to come. With us you will receive one on one or one on two instruction, full day trips get lunch (not a bologne sandwich and chips) and half day a nice snack and a day on a scenic river by historical Harpers Ferry,WV. Fish from a very stable vessel, stop and wade. Fish areas that you can't get to from the banks. See wild life in their natural habitat.

A little note on the fish available!

• Smallmouth Bass-One of the best game fish in the U.S. Some would argue better than Largemouth of the species.
• Bluegill and Sunfish-The little fighters of the river. They can get rather large and come in a variety of brilliant colors. Probably the first fish caught by many of us in childhood.
• Walleye-Can be a rather large fish in the area. Best caught on cloudy, overcast, and windy days (walleye chop) or at dusk.
• Muskie-The barracuda of freshwater! The fish of 1000 casts. Can be difficult to catch. But once on the line a nice fighting fish, beware they are a bit toothy.
• Carp-The bonefish of freshwater! Hook into one of these and experince the power. An up and coming game fish in the area.
• Catfish-When you hook into one of these it's like hooking into a moving anchor.
